Is a woman who has had her uterus removed due to a malignant disease and no longer experiences menstruation required to make up the fasting days she missed due to menstruation before the hysterectomy?

When a woman's menstrual bleeding stops due to medication or a hysterectomy, she is considered pure and may fast and pray. Al-Dusuqi mentioned in his commentary that if a woman uses medication to delay her menstruation past its usual time, she is ruled pure at the time it would have normally occurred but was delayed; this is the issue of al-Sama' (what is heard/received). If she uses medication to hasten the cessation of menstruation (e.g., the bleeding stops after three days instead of eight), she is ruled pure after it stops; this is the issue of Ibn Kinanah. This ruling applies even more so to a hysterectomy.
