If a woman fears the evil eye, her fear is justified, for the evil eye is real. However, this fear does not justify her restricting her husband's discretion in sending or not sending pictures. Rather, the prescribed action is to seek protection for the children with ruqyah and legitimate incantations. As for the wife preventing her husband from sending pictures, she does not have the right to do so.
