When is zakat due on money that reached the niṣāb in Rajab, knowing that its origin was saved from Muḥarram without reaching the niṣāb?

Zakat must be received on money that has reached the nisab, such as in the month of Rajab, and zakat must be given when a full year has passed and the money has reached the nisab. The zakat year begins for money when it reaches the nisab, and zakat is paid after the completion of the year. Zakat is not obligatory on money until a full year has passed over it.
