Is there another aspect in Hafs's narration for reading the words "ءالذكرين" (the two males) and "ءالآن" (now) without Madd (vowel prolongation)?

Qalun and other reciters recited "adh-dhakarayn," "al-aan," and "allah" with madd (prolongation) and with tashil (facilitation) for the second hamza, making it between a hamza and an alif. The madd is well-known among those who recite with Qalun's narration, and the tashil is an established recitation from him, which linguists mentioned and for which they transmitted Arabic poetry.
