What is the ruling on watching dubbed TV series, and will the prayer of whoever watches them not be accepted for forty days?

Dubbed series and other shows are not devoid of forbidden elements such as immodest display (tabarruj), intermingling (ikhtilat), and music. Therefore, it is not permissible to watch them due to their violation of Islamic law. However, there is no evidence to suggest that the prayer of one who watches them would not be accepted.
