What is the ruling on marrying a woman who displays her adornments (mutabarrijah) and insists on doing so?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged marrying a woman of religious commitment and good character, for she is the best provision in this world. Persistence in disobedience, such as immodest display (tabarruj), indicates weakness of faith and lack of modesty. A woman who displays herself immodestly does not feel the wrongness of her action due to her weak faith. Severe warnings have been mentioned regarding immodest display, among them the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "There are two types of people among the inhabitants of Hell whom I have not seen yet: people with whips like the tails of cows, with which they beat people, and women who are clothed yet naked, inclining [to evil] and inclined [to it], with their heads like the humps of camels, leaning to one side. They will not enter Paradise nor will they smell its fragrance, though its fragrance can be smelled from such and such a distance." And his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Any woman who perfumes herself and passes by a group of people so that they may smell her fragrance is a fornicator." This sin recurs with the repetition of the forbidden act, leading to the blackening and darkening of the heart. Marrying a woman persistent in immodest display means either the husband will yield and remain silent about the evil, thus sinning, or they will live in dispute and conflict. Therefore, one must seek a woman of religious commitment, for in righteous women there is sufficiency and contentment, and they assist in obedience and raise righteous offspring.
