Are the circulating statements in forums, such as: "He will not ask you what kind of car you drive... but He will ask you how many people you transported in your car who had no means of transportation," which speak about Allah's questions to His servants on the Day of Judgment, correct and consistent with His Almighty's saying: {Oh, woe to us! What is this Book that leaves neither a small thing nor a large thing but has enumerated it? And they found what they did present [before them]}? And what advice should be given to young people who transmit كلام عن الدين (statements about religion) without verifying their authenticity?

A person does not perform any deed or utter any word except that angels are observing it, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: "And indeed, appointed over you are guardians, noble in writing. They know whatever you do." and His saying: "He does not utter any word except that with him is an observer, ready [to record]." Scholars have differed on whether everything that issues from a person is recorded, or only that which entails reward or punishment. Ibn Kathir mentioned that the apparent meaning of the verse is general. One must beware of speaking about matters of the unseen without legal proof, because it is an innovation, and it is among the gravest sins for a person to speak about Allah what he has no knowledge of.
