Are the conditions set by the young man for marriage—namely, observing prayers on time, wearing the niqab, having good character, being aesthetically acceptable, having social compatibility, and refraining from watching television or listening to music—sufficient, or is there additional advice?

Marrying a woman of good religion and character is paramount and preferable, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A woman is married for four reasons: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion. So, choose the religious woman; may your hands be soiled (with dust/gain)." There is no harm in seeking beauty.
