What is the ruling on selling olives affected by olive fruit fly disease or benefiting from them after pressing them, and does it harm the health of citizens?

The reference for this is to the specialized experts in the field of agriculture, for they are the 'people of remembrance' (experts) in this domain. If it is proven that these olives are harmful, then it is not permissible to benefit from them in any way that entails harm, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There shall be no harm nor reciprocating harm." If its use becomes generally harmful, then it is not permissible to sell it at that time because it has become foul (khabith) and forbidden. However, if its use is harmful in one way but not another, then the prohibition of use is limited to the harmful aspect only, and it is permissible to sell it on the condition that the true situation is clarified to the buyer, and that it is not sold to someone who is most likely to use it in a harmful way.
