What is the ruling on benefiting from olives infected with a bacterial disease, and is it permissible to sell them after warnings have been issued regarding their danger to public health?

If it is confirmed that infected fruits are harmful to human health, then it is not permissible to sell them without disclosing their condition, nor is it permissible to consume them, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful," and the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "There shall be no harm or reciprocating harm." It is permissible to benefit from them in a permissible way that causes no harm, such as feeding them to livestock if the livestock will not be harmed.
