Is the wife entitled to the financial return from an import card designated for a commercial shop rented in her name, knowing that she completed the legal procedures related to it, and that the husband covered the expenses and agreed to the procedures after an initial refusal?

Registering a commercial shop in the wife's name is not an act of ownership but rather an unrealistic report to the authorities. The shop, in reality, belongs to the husband, and the reason is legitimate, which is to conduct business outside working hours. The wife's hand over the shop is one of trust (amanah), and she must fulfill it completely for the husband, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due), and His saying: (O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts). If she is compelled to carry out transactions for the shop, she has the right to demand a customary wage, but she does not have the right to claim the shop's allocations and benefits. It is preferable to reconcile with her by giving her some money as a reward for her assistance.
