The answer

A Muslim is not permitted to intentionally delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time. Whoever does so must repent, seek forgiveness, and perform many righteous deeds. As for praying with impurity on the body or clothing, it is not valid if the worshipper is aware of it and able to remove it, because avoiding impurity is a condition for the validity of the prayer, and he must repeat it. However, if he prays while unable to remove the impurity, his prayer is valid, and he is not required to repeat it.
