What is the expiation for someone who had intercourse with his wife multiple times during the daytime in Ramadan, and he does not find a slave to free, and it is difficult for him to fast for two consecutive months, so should he feed sixty poor people?

The advice is to try fasting for two consecutive months during cold or temperate days, or during a vacation. If you are unable to fast, you may feed sixty poor people, in installments. Your wife is subject to a similar expiation if she was compliant with you in intercourse. The expiation multiplies with the number of days, not with repeated intercourse on the same day. "And Allah burdens not a soul beyond its capacity." This is supported by the hadith of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, and some other narrations which show the concession of feeding the poor when unable to fast.
