What is the ruling on naming children "Bismillah" (In the Name of God) and "Salli 'ala al-Nabi" (Pray upon the Prophet)?

Naming individuals with titles such as "Bismillah" (In the Name of Allah) or "Sallallahu 'ala al-Nabi" (May Allah bless the Prophet) is rare, and there is no evidence prohibiting it. However, it is preferable to use well-known and approved names that denote servitude to Allah or carry an optimistic connotation. Some scholars have mentioned that one should avoid names that were not mentioned by Allah or His Messenger, and were not used by Muslims.
