Is it obligatory for me to make up all the prayers I missed since puberty, if passing the hand over the rest of the face after washing it during wudu is considered wiping, knowing that it is difficult to get water to all parts of the face without passing the hand?

Rubbing (delk) is recommended, not obligatory. What is obligatory is pouring water over the limb until it is covered. Conveying water to the face with the hand, along with its flow, is sufficient. The flowing of water over the face is enough to ensure its coverage by washing. It appears that the failure to achieve complete water coverage stems from obsessive doubts (waswasa). Whoever washes their face and Satan whispers to them, they must disregard these whispers.
