Will Allah accept the repentance of a servant who committed displeasing acts, then repented sincerely, sought forgiveness, and asked Allah not to return to his previous state? And will Allah forgive him and answer his prayers?

One must hasten to sincere repentance and believe that God accepts it, for He, the Almighty, said: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" and "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons sins, and He knows what you do." God rejoices in the repentance of His servant. One must distance oneself from the whispers of Satan that discourage repentance, for whoever repents, believes, and does righteous deeds, God will replace his evil deeds with good ones.
