Will Allah forgive the disobedient Muslim servant who repents with sincere repentance for all sins, no matter how great, and pledges never to return to them?

Whoever repents from a sin, Allah will accept their repentance, no matter how great their sin. For the mercy of Allah encompasses all things. He has promised forgiveness to those who repent, as stated in His exalted words: "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons sins," and His saying: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.'" And the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin.

However, for repentance to be accepted, there are conditions: abandoning the sin, resolving not to return to it, and regretting having committed it. If the sin involves the rights of another human being, then one must seek their forgiveness or restore their right. Whoever missed prayers or fasts must make them up, according to the majority of scholars. Whoever broke an oath must offer expiation. And whoever was disobedient to their parents or severed ties of kinship, must show dutifulness to their parents and seek forgiveness for them if they have passed away, and maintain ties of kinship. By doing so, it is hoped that Allah will forgive them.
