The aforementioned marriage is invalid due to the absence of witnesses. However, the effects of a valid marriage ensued after consummation. Therefore, the triple divorce has brought about an irrevocable separation (baynunah kubra) between the spouses, and the woman is not permissible for her first husband until she marries another husband. It is permissible for the woman to seek a righteous husband. If there is no guardian available for marriage, the Sharia judge will handle the matter.
