This act, which combines deceit, falsehood, and the unlawful consumption of wealth, is forbidden for the doctor and anyone who cooperates with him, because Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] trade by mutual consent," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us."
