Is it necessary to perform istinja' for discharges coming from the uterine opening, along with renewing wudu'?

Scholars differ concerning the purity of vaginal discharge. Some consider it pure, not necessitating istinja’ (washing the private parts after urination or defecation), while others consider it impure, necessitating istinja’. However, they agree that it invalidates ablution (wudu’).
