What is the ruling on the water that comes out of the male organ after istinja', and does it nullify wudu'?

What is obligatory for a woman in istinja' (washing after defecation or urination) is to wash only the outer part of the vulva when she is in a sitting position to relieve herself. It is not obligatory to wash the inner part of the vulva because it is considered internal. If the water remaining after istinja' is from the visible wetness, then it is not impure and does not nullify wudu'. However, if she goes to the trouble of washing the inside of the vulva and water comes out from it, then it nullifies wudu'. It is disliked to go to the trouble of washing the inner part during istinja'.
