If a person notices something exiting the male organ shortly after Istinja (washing after urinating/defecating), the best method is to wait a little after urinating until one is reasonably certain that nothing remains in the exit. Then perform Istinja. After that, one is not required to delay Wudu (ablution) out of fear of something exiting.

Neither Istinja nor Wudu are invalidated except by certainty of something exiting. If something exits after Istinja, it is obligatory to repeat Istinja, purify the soiled area, and Wudu becomes invalid.

It is recommended to gently shake and squeeze the male organ after urinating. However, if one omits this and performs Istinja and Wudu, their Istinja and Wudu are valid as long as they are not certain of anything exiting.
