The answer

Vaginal discharge is considered pure according to the most authoritative opinion. However, if it mixes with urine, it becomes impure. As for any discharge that appears after performing istinjāʾ (washing after relieving oneself), it is pure. Istinjāʾ is performed by stopping the trace of urine, without regard to whether the discharge has completely ceased. It is advisable to avoid preoccupation with such matters to prevent obsessive thoughts (waswas).
