Do we say the prayer for entering the lavatory before entering or after entering?

The Sunnah dictates that the recommended remembrance (dhikr) should be recited before entering the latrine, such as the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from all evil and evil beings." This is based on the hadiths that indicate reciting the remembrance when "intending" to enter, and because the remembrance of Allah is disliked inside the place of relieving oneself. This is what the jurists have agreed upon.
