What is the ruling on intentionally burping while reciting the Quran?

A Muslim must glorify and honor the word of Allah Almighty, as stated in His saying, "That [is so]. And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts" and "That [is so]. And whoever honors the sacred ordinances of Allah - it is best for him." Among the manifestations of this glorification is that the reciter should be in a state of ritual purity and cleanliness, and avoid fiddling, laughing, chattering, and talking during recitation, in compliance with His saying, "So when the Qur’an is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy." Avoiding burping during recitation is considered fiddling and is disliked, especially in gatherings where Allah Almighty is remembered and supplicated.
