The answer

The questioner is advised to seek Allah's help and rely upon Him, for Allah defends the believers. He should also resort to supplication in the last third of the night, saying: "Allah is sufficient for me, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs," and "There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers." He must also maintain the morning and evening remembrances, such as reciting Surahs Al-Ikhlas and Al-Mu'awwidhatayn three times, and saying "In the name of Allah with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing" three times. It is also commendable to recite the traditional supplication when fearing the injustice of a ruler, and to consistently perform four rak'ahs of prayer at the beginning of the day. For supplication benefits against what has descended and what has not descended.
