Is it permissible for a Muslim to slander and lie about some sheikhs, and to interpret some Qur’anic verses by way of taqiyya, if he expects imprisonment soon due to his commitment?

Taqiyyah is for a Muslim to protect himself from punishment by displaying something contrary to the truth he conceals. It is permissible when there is fear of harm, such as killing or injury, based on the Almighty's saying: "Except when you have to guard yourselves from them in a cautious manner." Taqiyyah is not permissible in matters whose harm extends to others, such as the unlawful killing of a soul, or adultery, or usurping wealth, or exposing the vulnerabilities of Muslims to disbelievers.
