Is it permissible to apply henna to the palm of a woman who does not wear gloves?

Working in the profession of henna artistry for women is permissible, but if it is known that a specific woman adorns herself with it for paramours or to display it before non-mahram men to tempt them, then it is not permissible to assist her in that. Rather, she must be advised and guided.
