Is a woman permitted to wear something on her hands?

It is permissible for a woman to wear adornments on her hands, such as gold, silver, and jewels, but she must conceal them from non-mahram men. It is legislated for her to wear gloves when going out if she is not in a state of ihram, especially if her hands are dyed with henna. As for a woman in ihram, she should not wear gloves or a niqab.
