It is not permissible for the wife to refuse to return to the marital home unless there is a custom that contradicts this.

If the husband is obstinate and refuses to come, it is advisable to seek arbitration from wise individuals from both sides.

The wife has the right to seek divorce if she is harmed by remaining with him.

Procreation is a right for both spouses, and it is not permissible for the husband to prevent his wife from it without a legitimate excuse.
