What is the ruling on saying: "the blessed brother" or "the blessed sister" as a commendation?

There is no harm in saying "the blessed brother" or "the blessed sister" to a Muslim man or woman, because a believer is blessed with a general blessing. For a Muslim, their benefit is continuous for themselves and for others, and their blessing is general in all their states.
