What is the ruling on selling a donkey to someone who eats its meat?

It is unlawful to eat the flesh of domestic donkeys because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it, and the people of knowledge have reached a consensus on its prohibition. It is not permissible to sell donkey meat to someone known to consume it, as that constitutes cooperation in sin. It is obligatory to denounce whoever eats this meat and to clarify its prohibition.
