What is the ruling on naming a newborn girl "Jasmine" (جاسمين) instead of "Yasmin" (ياسمين)?

There is no meaning for "Jasmine" in Arabic, nor is it mentioned, but there appears to be no difference between it and "Yasmin." Dialects do not pronounce classical Arabic as it is, and they change some words or substitute one letter for another, especially when the articulation points of the two letters are close, such as the letters Ya and Jeem.
