What is the ruling on the prayer of a recently converted Muslim girl who conceals her Islam and finds it difficult to perform prayers on time due to her family, and is it permissible for her to shorten and combine prayers while traveling for a period of 15 days?

She should strive to perform every prayer on time as much as possible. If she needs to combine prayers, it is permissible for her to combine Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha, either by advancing or delaying them, to alleviate hardship, even if she is a resident. It is also permissible for her to pray inside a clean bathroom when necessary. However, shortening prayers is not permissible for her because she intends to reside for more than four days. We advise her to openly express her Islam whenever possible. But if she fears harm that she cannot bear, or temptation in her religion, then let her conceal her faith until Allah provides her with relief. If she is able to emigrate to a safe place among Muslims, then she should do so.
