Is it permissible to resort to "jurists" to make an amulet (hijab) against sorcery and the evil eye to preserve pregnancy, especially after repeated miscarriages and the failure of ruqyah, and what was said about the permissibility of treating sorcery with sorcery in intractable cases?

One must be content with Allah's decree and destiny, and persist in supplication. As for treating magic with magic, Ahmad ibn Hanbal and the Hanbali school of thought refrained from it, though some inclined towards its permissibility out of necessity, while the majority of scholars prohibit it. Treating with magic leads to great evils, and a Muslim must absolutely avoid it, seek permissible treatment, and entrust the matter to Allah.
