Delaying marriage does not necessarily mean it is due to magic (sihr), and a mother's prayer for her daughter is answered. A mother should pray for her daughters and present them to those whose religion and character are pleasing. Seeking ruqyah (Islamic exorcism/healing) from a raqi (one who performs ruqyah) who adheres to the Sunnah is permissible, but it is stipulated that the ruqyah must be understandable and not contain words of unknown origin.
