What is the ruling on the Malaysian niqab, and what is your advice to those who wear it, and to niqabi women who post their pictures on social media, and what is the authenticity of the hadith: "Consult your heart"?

We do not know the reality of the Malaysian niqab. However, if it covers the entire face and is not an adornment in itself, then there is no objection to wearing it. We previously advised the woman who publishes her picture in the niqab in a previous fatwa, and we explained the hadith: "Consult your heart" in two previous fatwas.
