There is no harm for a woman in wearing the niqab from which her eyes are visible, but she should limit herself to uncovering only the eyes, and be cautious of what many women wear from which large parts of the eye sockets and parts of the cheeks appear, as that is a form of tabarruj (display of adornment) which Allah has forbidden.
