As for designing games, it is permissible if they adhere to Islamic guidelines and are free from nude images, music, and anything that might negatively affect children's upbringing. Regarding the design of three-dimensional animated characters, it falls under the ruling of prohibited imagery, with the exception of those designed for children for educational purposes. There is no harm in designing characters that are incomplete, such that they cannot be considered real humans or animals, or designs in the form of inanimate objects like mountains and trees.
