The meaning of the phrase is not understood, but if it means that Allah brings rain, then there is no harm in it; because Allah is the One who sends down rain and is capable of bringing forth things, as stated in His noble verses: "Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down rain" and "And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired." And His saying, the Most High: "then indeed, Allah brings up the sun from the east" and "Is there any god other than Allah who could bring you a night in which you rest?" If the intention is other than that, it must be clarified.
