What is the ruling on saying: "Allah will answer (with) rain"? May Allah reward you.

The apparent meaning of the phrase "Allah brings the rain" is correct, because Allah is the One who sends down the rain, as stated in His Almighty saying: "And He sends down the rain," and "And He is the One who sends down the rain after they have despaired, and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy."
