Is prayer obligatory for someone born without hands?

Prayer is not waived for a sane, adult Muslim, except for menstruating women and women in postpartum bleeding. Therefore, whoever is born without hands or has had them amputated is still obligated to pray. Such a person should fulfill its conditions to the best of their ability, and whatever they are unable to do is waived. If they are able to perform ablution themselves or with assistance, even for a fee, it is incumbent upon them; otherwise, it is waived. If they find someone to perform tayammum (dry ablution) for them, they should do so and pray. Otherwise, they should pray in their current state, and no re-performance is required. If they are unable to remove impurity, it is waived for them, and they should pray in their current state, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity."
