The answer

Your remorse and regret are proof of the sincerity of your repentance, and your husband must also repent and turn to God.

Regarding the usurious loan: if the bank waives the interest upon early repayment, then it is obligatory to repay it. Otherwise, there is no meaning in returning the money, and it is permissible to benefit from it.

As for the vow to perform Hajj upon the repayment of the debt: a vow neither precedes nor delays Allah’s decree, but it is obligatory to fulfill it if it does not involve disobedience. Therefore, you are obligated to perform Hajj.

As for continuous charity: it is merely a promise, not a vow, and it is recommended to maintain it as a means of drawing closer to Allah.

You are obligated to observe complete hijab and cover your face in the presence of men, both before and after the repayment of the debt.
