Is it permissible to receive the lump-sum compensation paid to employees in Morocco if it is disbursed through an unreal travel allowance that requires signing a form with incorrect information?

It is not permissible to sign for travel expenses if they are not genuine, unless the employee is entitled to them, the employer is aware of this, and considers it a legal procedure to cover due compensation, and the officials are authorized to do so. However, if it is merely a deception and the officials do not have the right to it, then it is not permissible to sign for it or take it; because public funds are more sacred than private funds, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, threatened with hellfire anyone who misuses them unjustly.
