Is it permissible to use poppy seed oil, knowing that heroin is produced from it?

It is forbidden to cultivate poppies for the extraction of narcotics. However, it is permissible to cultivate and trade them if they are used for a permissible purpose, such as extracting oil, unless it is proven that this oil is harmful or intoxicating. In that case, it becomes forbidden, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm." Experts should be consulted to determine the extent of its harm.
