What is the ruling on selling all types of tobacco, and is it obligatory to renew ablution or is rinsing the mouth sufficient when entering the mosque after smoking, knowing the harms of smoking?

Selling tobacco is forbidden due to its impurity and numerous harms. The one who sells it is a transgressor. There is no need to repeat ablution after smoking it, but it is legislated to remove its foul odor from the mouth, along with the obligation to repent to Allah.
