How can one reconcile the guardianship of men over women with what was mentioned on a website regarding the slower growth of the frontal lobe of the brain, which is responsible for risk assessment and responsibility, in men compared to women?

The guardianship (qawamah) of men and the fact that a woman's testimony is half of a man's are two matters ordained by Allah Almighty. The duty concerning them is to hear and obey and submit to Allah's command without review or discussion. Allah Almighty said: (It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should have [any] option in their decision). The guardianship of men is commensurate with their ability to manage affairs and prioritize reason over emotion, a truth acknowledged by everyone, even in non-Muslim countries where women hold leadership positions, despite their frequent demands for gender equality.
