Is it valid to perform ghusl with a single intention for both major ritual impurity (janabah) and purification from apostasy after abandoning prayer due to obsessive-compulsive disorder?

Abandoning prayer without denial is not considered disbelief by the majority of scholars, and does not necessitate performing ghusl to enter Islam. The ghusl that was performed is sufficient to remove ritual impurity (janabah), even if there was apostasy and the intention for both was made concurrently, because the purpose is purification. Obsessive-compulsive disorder does not nullify prayer or religious obligations. One afflicted by it must not surrender to it and should seek treatment for it, as it is not an excuse to abandon prayer. A Muslim must not abandon prayer as long as he is of sound mind, and must make up for any missed prayers.
