A Muslim can both love and hate at the same time: he loves for the faith a person possesses, and hates for the harm and transgression against the they commit. There is no sin in disliking an harmful person for their harmfulness, but it is better to forgive and pardon them while advising them. This applies if the hatred is due to the harm caused. As for malice (hatred) in its well-known sense, its ruling and remedy are detailed in No. 145707.
