What is the ruling on a Muslim disliking his Muslim brother due to harm inflicted by him, and is temporary resentment that does not negate love considered unlawful?

A Muslim can both love and hate at the same time: he loves for the faith a person possesses, and hates for the harm and transgression against the Sharia they commit. There is no sin in disliking an harmful person for their harmfulness, but it is better to forgive and pardon them while advising them. This applies if the hatred is due to the harm caused.
