Is it permissible for a worker to use stratagem to obtain the cost of airline tickets allocated for his family, in the event that they did not reside for the period agreed upon in the contract due to compelling circumstances?

It is not permissible to use deception to invalidate the employer's condition regarding granting the worker airline tickets for his family, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." The worker must inform the employer that his family stayed with him for only two months. If the employer agrees to grant him the travel tickets, then there is no harm. Otherwise, he has no right to them.
